Northridge Earthquake

The Northridge Earthquake strikes Los Angeles County; at a magnitude of 6.7, it kills 72 people, injures thousands, and is one of the costliest natural disasters at the time.  APALC, working with pro bono attorneys and other volunteers, provides disaster relief assistance to help earthquake victims obtain housing vouchers, food stamps, emergency cash assistance, etc.
