Immigration Relief Eligibility Screenings

Do you want to know if you’re eligible for any current immigration relief programs? Are you looking for lawful immigration status in the United States? Immigration relief eligibility screenings are a great way to start determining your next step towards permanent residency or lawful presence. Advancing Justice-LA provides this service for free.

Family-Based Immigration

Do you need assistance with a future or currently-pending immigration matter regarding family-based immigration? Advancing Justice-LA offers low-cost immigration consultations for certain forms of immigration relief. Services include, but are not limited to, adjustment of status (I-485), petition for alien relative (I-130), affidavit of support, immigration relief for a widow(er) of a U.S. citizen, consular processing, application for travel document (I-131), and petition for alien fiancé(e).
