Tang, Esq.

Bonnie Tang is Co-Director of Development at Advancing Justice-LA.
Tang, a longtime Advancing Justice-LA staff attorney, has advocated on education policy and developed youth and parent programming for the organization. She has supervised various programs including voting rights, census, language rights, hate crime prevention, and affirmative action, as well as represented low-income clients in family law cases as an attorney in Advancing Justice-LA’s Legal Services unit. 
Prior to joining Advancing Justice-LA, she was an elementary school teacher in San Francisco and in Philadelphia.
Tang is a graduate of UCLA School of Law, and received a Multiple Subject Credential from the Graduate School of Education at University of California, Berkeley and an A.B. from Occidental College.
