Randall Tran is Asian Americans Advancing Justice-LA’s bilingual ESL Civics Instructor with the Citizenship Project. He assists underserved lawful permanent residents in the San Gabriel Valley to develop the necessary English skills and U.S. Civics knowledge to obtain U.S. citizenship.

Randall is passionate about international development and education. Prior to Advancing Justice, he directed volunteer education programs in Mongolia and China. In 2013, Randall became a recipient of the Fulbright grant under the U.S State Department and collaborated with local schools and universities in Macau to develop a strong English language and public speaking program.

Randall received his B.A in Sociology from UC Berkeley. He is also a Cambridge-certified ESL instructor.
