Position Summary: Advancing Justice-LA seeks a motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative and creative Development Officer who will be part of a six-person development team that raises the organization’s over $ 11 million annual budget. Under the direction of the Co-Directors of Development, the Development Officer will partner with the development team and senior staff to cultivate funding opportunities and secure foundation, government and corporate grant funding for the multiple programs serving AANHPI communities. 
This is an exciting new opportunity to help shape and coordinate the joint programming of Asian Americans Advancing Justice (Advancing Justice), a national affiliation of five leading organizations advocating for the civil and human rights of Asian Americans and other underserved communities to promote a fair and equitable society for all. Position Summary:  This position is in Advancing Justice - LA’s Immigration Direct Services Administration program, which oversees all grants and network development within Immigration Direct Services.  The Administration program manages several grants from local, state, federal, foundation, and corporate funders.
