This 2010 report examines severe spending reductions that threaten to collapse the state’s service systems for low-income seniors, children and families.
This 2003 report provides information for the leadership of both legal services and Asian American and Pacific Islander  community organizations, to help design and/or strengthen systems and approaches that make legal services accessible to limited English speaking clients.
