Publications

This 2010 report examines severe spending reductions that threaten to collapse the state’s service systems for low-income seniors, children and families.
This 2003 report provides information for the leadership of both legal services and Asian American and Pacific Islander  community organizations, to help design and/or strengthen systems and approaches that make legal services accessible to limited English speaking clients.
Please read this information carefully to learn more about the kinds of impact cases APALC accepts to litigate.  Given our limited resources, we can accept only a small number of the cases we consider.
