Vice President of Administration

Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Administration joins the executive team to lead AJ-LA’s administrative functions. This executive will oversee overall strategies to support the organization and staff, as well as ensure operations run smoothly. This person will oversee the HR, Facilities and IT departments.

Staff Attorney – Survivor and Family Empowerment

Position Summary:  
Under the direction of the Program Director, the Staff Attorney is responsible for coordinating and providing family law legal assistance, with a focus on serving domestic violence survivors. The SAFE Project focuses on assisting domestic violence survivors with family law matters, as well the indigent and limited-English proficient immigrant community.

Policy Strategist

Position Summary:  
The Policy Strategist is responsible for advancing the policy  advocacy efforts of Advancing Justice-LA. Utilizing a strong understanding of the legislative process, this position will identify opportunities to uplift key issues of concern with legislative staff and administrative policy makers at the federal, state and local levels, in order to shape policies that positively impact the AANHPI communities.
