ESL/Civics Coordinator


Viridiana Tlahuel teaches English as a Second Language (ESL). She obtained B.A. and M.A. degrees in Education from the University of Science, Arts & Technology. She also completed a TESOL and bilingual education certificate program at The Canadian Institute of English in Toronto, Canada. This is her 12th year teaching ESL but she has also worked as Simultaneous/Consecutive Court Interpreter at Los Angeles Immigration court. 

She enjoys working with students from all over the world. She has good communication skills in Mandarin. She is part of the Citizenship Project as an ESL/Civics instructor.
