Minju
Cho, Esq.

Minju Cho is a Skadden Fellow and Staff Attorney working in the Impact Litigation unit.  Her work focuses on immigrants' rights.

Prior to joining Advancing Justice-LA, Minju clerked for Judge Kim McLane Wardlaw on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Justice Goodwin Liu on the California Supreme Court. 

Minju is a graduate of Yale Law School, where she served as Co-Chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA) and participated in the Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic, the Capital Punishment Clinic, and the Landlord-Tenant Clinic.  Before law school, Minju graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in Government and worked at nonprofits in South Korea and China for three years.
